All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a unique return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided during the online initiation process.
Apply Shipping Label
Affix the pre-paid American Express return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery barcodes are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
